My favorite bumper sticker is “Commit Random Acts of Kindness”. If you have this sticker on your car, I'd love to hear any personal thoughts you've noticed about it, and if you remind yourself that you've proactively enlisted yourself as a good samaritan. This amuses me, especially if someone cuts me off in carpool line and I feel anger rise in me … and suddenly remember how out of character anger is for a “random-good-doer”.

I have a life full of blessings including a loving husband, beautiful daughters, and the gift of a mental capacity leading me to question every aspect of my life and my happiness. (Could it be the omega-3 supplements?)

I've been blessed by having the discipline to work from home while raising my girls. I'm a marketing communications professional. I help companies develop and implement marketing and PR strategies to generate energy (money, traffic, buzz) around their brand, product, or service. 

I will work for food, but only for companies/ideas that are crafting the impact of their brand to promote ecological happiness and harmony and employing and defining the triple-bottom line philosophy.

My heart is full. I have boundless energy. I have countless blessings.
